Returns

  • If you receive any damaged or non-working product, there is a misplacement in your order or if there are some missing parts in the kit, then only you are eligible to opt for a replacement or return.
  • Batteries cannot be replaced.
  • Any damaged or missing parts must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as delivered, and with original packaging.
  • Sale items cannot be refunded/returned — only regular purchased items can be exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We aren’t liable for replacing mishandled products.
  • Customers must send a picture of the damaged part/product. Final replacement decisions rest with Paradox Innovator Pvt Ltd. management.
  • We are not responsible for the installation of products.
  • We are not liable for damages incurred during shipping.
  • All replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of Paradox Innovator.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) depend on your area.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location.
